Saturday, October 18, 2003 ::: Wow a new found cool song - Alizee's J'ai Pas Vingt Ans LOL this is my first listen to a French Pop song (not counting the soundtrack of 8 Femmes) I discovered this song on TV watched this music video me and my sister took a long time to figure out where this woman is from she looks like Asian... (probably Indonesian?) and she can also be latino... but we're quite sure she's singing in French... (the 'Sh'.. and 'Too'... 'Looooo'...) however the video setting is so cheap... didn't know that French productions are so far behind western standards... oh well, she's French anyway. and she wants to break into the international market. perhaps we'll get a large bunch of singers from europe who want to follow t.A.t.U's footsteps but by releasing a video with a Philippines/ Indonesia standard... will she succeed i wonder? LOL but the song is OK. as always, I think French sounds good. ah there's an english version of it - 'I'm Not Twenty' how lame... just forget about it, i'll stick to French Alizee - J'ai pas vingt ans C'est pas l'histoire d'un jour Qui rime avec amour, Plutôt un long séjour Mais pas: un "pour toujours" J'veux pas d'un "pour la vie" qui mène au paradis, Moi j'ai le temps!
